Ministries

SAYFC accomplishes it's mission with these local ministry programs.

  • Campus Life

Campus Life and Campus Life/MS ministers to middle and senior high youth on campuses throughout the greater San Antonio area with weekly meetings in homes and area churches. Supplemented with retreats in the Hill Country, camping experiences, and ski trips in the Rockies of Colorado young people experience the love of Christ in settings that lend themselves to the sharing of the Gospel.

    Campus Life Club

Club is the centerpiece of Campus Life which is a public gathering of students in your area who enjoy being together and having fun. Music, activities, laughter, and discussion groups are all a part of Campus Life Club. So, come as you are, bring a friend and have a blast!

  • Campus LifeM

Campus Life Middle School offers jr. high/middle school aged students opportunities for friendship, fun, and growth through club meetings, trips, appointments, small groups, and many other activities. Staff and adult volunteers find creative ways to build relationships and communicate the life-changing message of Jesus Christ using a balanced life approach-mental, physical, social, and spiritual.

  • City Life

City Life is a holistic community based program that helps young people in our urban communities through teaching life skills, building relationships with caring adult role models, providing opportunities for positive peer group experiences, and sharing the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Through this new and rapidly growing outreach we are reaching many of our youth that have been forgotten by society but not by God.

  • Juvenile Justice Ministries

JJM reaches out to teens in tough situations. Young people are met in a variety of youth-serving institutions such as detention centers, probation programs, correctional facilities, group homes, residential treatment centers and emergency shelters. These relationships are sustained through ongoing involvement as they re-enter their communities, and JJM staff and volunteers are committed to connections that last long after the teens have left the facility.

  • Teen Parents

Teen Parents provides mentors who equip teenage mothers with parenting skills and support groups. Through our partnership with local foundations we are able to reach out to teen moms and offer them not only spiritual and practical guidance, but we are also able to help them build upon a solid foundation for an effective and productive future.
